We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handmade custom products. As each item is made specifically to order, we have implemented the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and repairs:

No Returns or Exchanges:

• All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including changes of mind, sizing issues, or any non-craftsmanship-related concerns.

• Please ensure all order details, including size, measurements, and customization requests, are accurate at the time of purchase. We encourage careful consideration before placing an order to avoid any dissatisfaction.

Repair Services:

While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we do provide repair services for any issues related to the craftsmanship of the garment. If a defect or damage occurs as a result of construction, we are happy to assist with repairs under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Repairs:

• Repairs are limited to issues stemming from manufacturing defects or flaws in workmanship.

• We do not offer repairs for damage caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, or alterations made by third parties.

2. Customer Responsibility for Shipping:

• If you require a repair, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. This includes securely packaging the item and selecting a reliable shipping service.

• We strongly recommend using tracking and insurance when shipping the item back, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

• If you choose to machine wash, use a delicate or gentle cycle with cold water to minimize wear. Opt for a mild, gentle detergent that is free from bleach or harsh chemicals, which can damage the fabric.

• Hand washing is also an option. In this case, gently submerge the garment in cold water with mild detergent, and avoid scrubbing or rough agitation.

2. Stain Treatment:

• Treat stains promptly using a soft cloth and cold water. For tougher stains, gently dab with a mild, stain-removing solution, but avoid rubbing, as this can cause fabric distortion or fading.

3. Handling:

• Never wring, twist, or stretch the fabric when wet, as this may cause permanent stretching or distortion. Instead, gently press out excess water by pressing the garment between two towels.
